The fees for the participating in the IFGTM 2021 forum comprise the following:

- Review fee: 750,000 VND per submittedmanuscript (used for reviewing the manuscript).

- Publishing fee (optional): To be identified according to the Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology which is indexed in the Google Scholar, Crossref, VCGate andAsean Citation Index (if the authors would like to publish on the journal).

- Participation fee: 500,000 VND per person (including conference documents, coffee break and reception).

- PhD students from member universities are exempted from  50% of the publication fee and are supported with a travel bursary.

- PhD students enrolled at Central and Northern Vietnamese member universities are eligible for a lump sum travel bursary of 1,000,000 VND.

- PhD students enrolled at Southern Vietnamese member universities are eligible for a travel bursary of 500,000 VND.

- Postgraduate students giving oral presentations or poster presentations are exempted from the registration fee.
